DESIGNED FOR THE SUMMER SEA BEEZES IN PALM BEACH

Single 4 bedroom home built on a very steep site, typical of the Palm Beach landscape. Composite materials were used in the construction and good natural ventilation was harnessed to make use of the sea breeze for cooling in summer.
