OLD WORLD CHARM MEETS CONTEMPORARY LUXURY DESIGN & STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY
Conversion of existing 6 x 2 bedroom apartments (with no vehicular access) on 3 levels into 4 luxury apartments.
While we have maintained the existing façade and its “Art Deco” style and character, there is now apartment 1 per floor, plus 2 levels underground and an underwater basement.
Work included providing new road access, underground basement, new balconies and high-level but sympathetic, state of the art finishes for the apartments.
