ELEVATED VIEWS, SOLAR ACCESS AND LIGHTWELLS DELIVERED BETTER YIELD FOR THE CLIENT

Design and construction of 31 residential apartments. The project consisted of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and a double basement car park. The apartments were oriented to take advantage of the elevated views and solar access. Innovative use of light wells to provide cross ventilation and light allowed for a better yield for the client.
