RENOVATION AND REMEDIATION TO AN EXISTING 5 STOREY HERITAGE LISTED BUILDING

Renovation of common areas to an existing 6 storey building. The project included substantial remediation works, upgrading the fire rating, adding balconies and refurbishing common areas, plus the protection and maintenance of the heritage portion of the existing building. All works occurred whilst residents were living in the building.
