CONTEMPORARY AND TASTEFUL MAXIMISING MIDDLE HARBOUR VIEWS

Construction of 34 residential apartments, extensive retaining walls, landscaping and bush regeneration. The building has 7 residential levels and 4 underground basement parking levels. The site encompassed rare and protected Blue Gum trees.

Significant bush regeneration commenced early to enable the capturing of seedlings and germinating off site. All weeds were removed and constantly managed. The young healthy plants were replanted once they were more mature.

We also recreated the original water course. The result was a significant blue gum bushland within the confines of the site.
